Technical Parameters
The tungsten-copper alloy is an alloy composed of tungsten and copper. The copper content of common alloys is 10% to 50%. It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, good high temperature strength and certain plasticity. At very high temperatures, such as above 3000 ° C, the copper in the alloy is liquefied and evaporated, which absorbs a large amount of heat and lowers the surface temperature of the material. So this type of material is also known as metal sweating material.
Application of tungsten-copper alloy
Military Aerospace: In aerospace tungsten-copper alloy is used as a nozzle for missiles, rocket engines, gas rudders, air rudders, etc.;
Electrical alloy for high-voltage switch: tungsten-copper alloy is widely used in high-voltage switch 128kV SF6 circuit breaker WCu/CuCr, and high-voltage vacuum load switch (12kV 40.5KV 1000A), lightning arrester.
Electro-machining electrode: EDM electrode used copper or graphite electrode in the early stage, which is cheap but not resistant to ablation, and has been replaced by tungsten-copper electrode now. The advantages of the tungsten-copper electrode are high temperature resistance, high temperature strength, arc ablation resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and fast heat dissipation.
Microelectronic materials: Tungsten-copper electronic package and heat sink material, which has both low expansion characteristics of tungsten and high thermal conductivity of copper. The thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity can be changed by adjusting the composition of tungsten and copper. Copper offers a wider range of applications.

Use Precautions
1The product should be dried before use.
2.It should be preheated before heating the cold kiln.
3.It should be cooled and heated gradually, avoid fast cooling and heating.
4.It should be handled with care, avoid beating by sharp objects.
5.The heating part of the heater must be heated under the aluminum liquid to prevent the heater from drying in the protective tube.
6.When installing the flange, please select a high temperature resistant and flexible gasket to avoid leaking。
7.Keep regular cleaning and maintenance can prolong the service time, otherwise, the life time will be shorter.
